After the Spring Festival，each branch did their best to make good preparation work for the starting of the 2012 construction projects in accordance with the requirements of the corporation . They were organized the project manager, team leader and staff to have activities for skills, management knowledge training and job training activities in eight sessions. The also made a check and maintenance on construction equipment and machinery. Altogether they maintained about 30 units (sets)，such as the air compressors , generators , charging pump and the tractor , and other 20 sets of spray equipment . These preparation works laid a solid security foundation for the smooth start of the project.

The lining repairing branch combined with the actual situation，they made pointed  organization staff on stainless steel welding training, strengthen staff team management。These efforts made the staff on an entirely new look

 The pressure testing branch is to aim at large air compressors, drying equipment , high utilization , frequent transitions of the characteristics and the branch leadership attaches great importance，the equipment administrator is responsible earnestly，so the large-scale equipment is scheduled to set the machine , listing the person responsible for the system to reach 100% .
