The employees are the foundation for the development of construction enterprises, how to manage the employees is priority among priorities. Under the correct leadership of the company's leadership, and the correct guidance of Zhang, the Manager Wang, Rahabilitation branch from the reality of staff management, summed up some experience in the constant practice . (A) Training management
When new employees enter the branch, the first thing is training: the branch training should tell them "What can do and what not do" in the future; training the culture, history of the company, the prospects and direction of the future in order to build hope; training safety education to let them know "security first and three no harm"; training the professional skills, three technical processes of Rahabilitationing to understand "do what, how do "in the work; After the training, the leadership of the branch according to the training information ,give employees one-on-one exchanges to understand their family situation, physical condition and level of education, according to the choice of the staff, combined with the company to make a preliminary positioning of development;
(B) Track management

(C)Humanized management

(D) Information management
The project manager is the first obligation to protect the safety of each worker, and report security incidents occur during the construction period, in order to allow the company to master the information timely and deal it better;
Now the construction is the implement team-based management, staff achievement team, team achievements the project, project achievements the company. To strengthen team,we should make full role of squad leader, as they get along with staff day and night. We should also require monitor to understand the thinking of the staff, have more communication, more exchanges.They can reporting to the leadership of the staff by phone or by phone messages; Engineering Department call the team leader for sympathy each week.
(E) "one-on-one" management model
