They can be forgivable If they are new staff ,but as for a senior worker who has been in the company for a long time with ample experience ,and in charge of this problem ,when encounter this problem ,should has his own opinion, and know how to cope. However, many senior workers have formed the bad habit that all the things are rely on the boss to cope, often enquire boss “how to do it”
Most of this kind people, toiling one whole life, and only reap a title of “employee”. The people who can’t use their own brain to think deeply just can be regard as a half of labor, therefore ,this kind of people are same to the new workers.
When he has got a idea , but can’t speak out, on the contrary ,go to ask others “how to do it”, this  behavior is much worse .Now that any work all has the certain risk ,you can ask for instructions straightforwardly, then go to work according the content of boss instructed ,at this rate ,no matter what the consequence is ,the responsibility are not on their own ,it is the subconsciousness that  prompt some staff  hide their own idea. This phenomenon can be said to be a kind of “intelligent crime” in the company.
Whatever it takes, as a backbone staff, the most you shouldn’t say is “how to do”. Even though you have no confidence, you should do your best to think in the range of your capacity, and must say out the conclusion of “I think we can do this” at last. Often asking “how to do it” actually equal to paving ego regression path for yourself and pronouncing publicly “I am useless guy”.
3.      The person who use the “can’t do it”  as pet phrase should quit
The people let the leader headache most is that they want to elude or disguised escape when encounter a little hardship or mission.
When the superior said : how to deal with this matter, you can think it over” ,the words of “I can’t do it “I have no idea” would come out his mouth immediately
If the boss continued to ask: “why can’t you make it”“He would compile some bizarre pretext and reason .all in all .they even don’t want to think some idea to make it
Always said the manpower was scarce and there is no budget, etc. this kind of person thoroughly is easily capitulate. “I am too busy now, there is no time” is their idiomatic pretext.
This kind of personnel ,should give back the salary to the company .saying they have no idea ,which is equal to wearing a symbol of “I am a lazy worm ”.Especially  the person who have never say “no ”to the problem that he have not tried ,they must have the blunt brain when he was in youth .
4.      If you were deaf to advice and standstill without any progression, please quit.
There was always this kind of people: their work was well done, who were young and very confident .even though someone said to them: you should take into account to this matter. He would not adopt the opinion of others with an open mind; perhaps although superficial consent something diplomatically, they would think in their inner bosom: “what? I am the most clear .any way, there will no problem certainly if do as per my own idea”.
It is so called: newborn calves don’t be afraid of tiger. We could say that the people who were in this status were the happiest. Lacking of experience and never undergone any hardship, probably this phenomenon of excessive confidence was reasonable.
If someone has no confidence, it is hard to gain the success .However, due to the excessive confidence would lead to losing the plasticity. No matter any reason, if people reach this degree that would deaf to others’ advice, they will become the stagnant person who also can’t grow up.
In this sense , people who were lack of confidence would also make the progress .For example ,when just entered the company ,the new staff would endeavor to adapt the work early .even though they became the backbone personnel ,when they were assigned to the position which was seemed very strange to them, they also would be strained ,make up their mind to make good effort and adopt others’ advice ,try themselves continuously ,assimilate the lesson from failure and grow up.
The more feel oneself were not perfect, the much better that challenge to grow up and reshape yourself. Perhaps you now only are 30 or 35 years old, but if blindly insist on your own practice, do not adopt the device of the other people, that means you are a stagnant man, accurately has become a "young old man"
 
All in all, if people lose the perceptivity, then it will be hard to progress. Even though the people around him approve his capability, but they would hate him, and think: he can do by himself. At last, he would be in the isolated      status. Certainly ,some people thought : the young man do not know the high as heaven, deep as earth ,there were so many people who up to 30 or 40 years old could become mature, why we worried that ?but any way ,in the period of losing perceptivity ,growing up will into a standstill stage ,that is without doubt .
The life had no the second time, no one could revise their life. When you had confidence, should introspect immediately, to see whether you fall into the trap of excessive confidence, if yes, you must adjust timely, so you can get over the life without any repent.
5.      The man who is not good at contacting with others should resign.
The anther man who is not good at contacting with others or reporting in time is nerve-racking.
You should react quickly after the others give you some messages or you are notified of something through certain channels. You should think about who is told at once and just do it. As a part of the organization, you should possess the important fundamental qualities whichever you work for. It is difficult for the lazybones to have got the fundamental qualities.
In general, the lazybones who are neither careful nor hardworking in brief suppose to wash his hands of the matter and get in touch with others later on, but forget all about it. 
It is sure that someone is in trouble therefore if a part of the organization is not good at contacting with others. We find out the origin of the issue of company apartment springing from “Why not tell me early yesterday” and so forth.
The man who is not good at contacting with others is divided into several types, like one who is idle away his time and careless, one who gets carried away for work without notices the others around his, one who doesn’t form the habits of contacting with each other and reporting because he works as the position which doesn’t need frequently contact. What is more, he doesn’t know who is reported because he doesn’t understand internal organization of company
The man, who is not good at contacting each other as well as doesn’t think about how to make the others comfortable, is unwelcome wherever he gets.
6.      The man who delays in reporting the bad news should resign.
The man who reports only the good news and not the bad is the most ubiquitous. The good news, which is reported at once, is like the raise of sales volume, finding the top clients, the success o f experiment, and so forth. The bad news, which is delayed in reporting, is like great accidents, claim indemnity, customer complaint, troubles, and so on.
He doesn’t start to say until the situation from deteriorating, “In fact it happened…” The situation from deteriorating can be prevented, if it is reported early. The blame for this disgusting state of affairs can be laid at the delay in time. Room is not build in one day. It is difficult to solve the problem by the time. What’s more, the leader doesn’t realize the truth until the other apartments are affected by this problem. At this time the leader not only loses his face altogether but surfers the pain of the fail.
7.      The man who doesn’t understand the basic rules should resign
If the leader designates the man to do something, he will promise heartily without listening or comprehending the substance of the event. Later on he will take for granted to thing of it, and make it without succeeding in grasping the main points.  Doing such things do not play any role; even a series of chaos will be caused.
The man who is pointed out by the leader never reports initiatively how the work is going to. If the leader hurries him up, he will seek pretext for the block of the work. In fact the leader knows perfectly and despairs of him. Someone considers he has passed by good luck when he sees the leader without saying a world. Under these circumstances, his name is erased from the list by the leader. And self do, self have. 
8.      Please quit from the company if you are not good at expressing
There is a kind of people, they have perpetually repeated lots of thing, but didn’t know what they want to say on earth.
All in all, there is no emphasis in his words, let the listener feel anxious, and can’t help hastening him “What happened then?” “What is the conclusion?”
During the conference, feeling tired was due to some people always deviated the topic, said the tedious theory unlimitedly, sometimes have to listen some redundant pointless nonsense .if the conversation was one-to-one, and don’t know the purpose, you can think of a way to communicate. But in the conference, if you can’t straight from the shoulder to put forward a conclusion, the listener will get boredom inevitably.
 
The person who talked in a roundabout way, can’t let listeners know what he want to say , in fact it was equal to encroaching  others’ time .These people regardless the others have or not have time ,said words unlimitedly ,let the listeners can’t cope with the situation actually .When talked with the others during the working time, must seize the topic ,to express the conclusion and reason briefly, otherwise ,the person will not a qualified employee .
As long as encountered this kind of situation that the speakers don’t know how to express his mind , that must because the speaker have not prepared well before the conversation ,so he can just speak aimlessly and volubly after meet. There is to distinct orderliness in the brain, it is without doubt that he don't know what he want to say .Therefore if you have a little this kind of tendency, when you report to the leader, had best to make a memo about the content you want to say, straighten the sequence, and do the best to let the listeners comprehend what you said in the short time. In the process of so doing, you can naturally find the expressing method of seizing theme, concise and brief.
9. Please quit if you were lack of execution capacity
There was a kind of people ,they not only communicated not timely ,reported sluggishly ,but also the most formidable was that he would in a “think status” all the time, couldn’t enter into action phase quickly. This kind of person would also not belong to the unqualified stuff.
No matter how much the pressure the leader force him ,and the leader how to reproach him ,even say something to stimulate him deliberately ,he will not have any reaction .Sometimes ,the leader will think is there any special reason about him , so went to ask him specially ,he couldn’t  say any useful words. In conclusion, this kind of people was mind fuzzy, and lack of working energy.
There is another kind of person ,who was good at speaking ,merely listened his words, we will thought him as an excellent person ,but when he was in the working site ,it is completely opposite to his words, he could just speak ,but didn’t take into action at all .
Another kind of person was a completes, just because this ,his capacity of working was deteriorate completely .He always thought many and couldn't determine anything in his working time ,even though ,the consideration was completed ,almost the degree of success would coming ,he still kept stationary.
These kinds of people were all lack of working capacity, if without any introspection today, please prepare to your quitting report tomorrow.
10.  The person whose reaction was not speedy should quit
In this battle that without any smoke of gunpowder between the enterprises ,the biggest difference between the enterprises was the working status, working speed and action dexterity of the staff .The staff were all used to the” traditional working rhythm “of company ,and worked in the same environment ,even though the company rhythm was slow, there was no feeling if they were in is environment .We could say the factors which determine the victory or loss of the company was neither the equipment and technology, nor the rallying point of brand, it is the working speed of all the staff of company.
The staff who have not the high working efficiency , or the capacity of self –accelerating ,just want to increase the manpower and have a very slow wit ,are all belong to the problematic staff.
